1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AvionLogic platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with AvionLogic Intelligence Inc. (“AvionLogic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you use our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Platform Description
AvionLogic provides an AI-powered SaaS platform for aviation operations, including:
Logistics Intelligence: Predictive supply chain and inventory optimization.
Academy: Automated career pathing and human capital intelligence.
MRO Intelligence: Agentic AI-driven compliance auditing, maintenance record synthesis, and decision support tools.
3. Acceptable Use & AI Oversight
Professional Responsibility: AvionLogic’s AI modules serve as decision-support tools. They do not replace the professional judgment of licensed personnel (AMEs, pilots, etc.).
Safety-Critical Decisions: Users are responsible for verifying all AI-generated output against official OEM/regulatory documentation (e.g., AMM, CARs, FAA/EASA requirements).
Prohibited Acts: Users may not use our platform to reverse-engineer our AI agents, scrape data, or distribute content that violates aviation safety regulations.
4. Intellectual Property & Data
All platform IP, including proprietary AI models and training data schemas, is owned by AvionLogic Intelligence Inc. You retain ownership of content you upload, granting us a license only to the extent necessary to provide and improve our services via Google Cloud infrastructure.
5. Liability & Governing Law
Disclaimer: Our services are provided "as is." We are not liable for errors in AI interpretation of technical manuals.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.
